True happiness consists not in the multitude of friends, but in the worth and choice.

Action may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without action.

Love of others is my happiness, Love that is mine is happiness for others. And so, truly, deeds that benefit a man must be a cause for other's happiness too.  

Happiness makes up in height for what it lacks in length.
